So.... There are several layers to the development of what is now Pottstown Athletic Club....initially it started as a Shotokan Karate club in the basement of t...he Polish Club in Phoenixville in 1992, we gypsied around Phoenixville for several years before moving to Pottstown where it became our home. This is where CrossFit came into the picture in 2007 and the rest is history, in 2015 we moved into the Armory at 263 King Street and the Magic continues :) Cause this story is long from over. Shotokan Karate has been our core discipline from day one and will always be. With gratitude and much respect to Sensei Patrick Byrnes and www.bushikarate.net who greatly influenced our early development. See more
