We always appreciate being able to see things after they leave our shop. This was a custom build by one of our local customers. We powder coated the railing in a gloss black finish. Thanks for sharing!
Just wanted to remind everyone we will be closed tomorrow. Have a great weekend!
We have been going through our photos and found some that never got posted. We restored an old tool box that had lots of sentimental value to our customer. We used a heavy vein powder to hide rust damage. We also have pictured a large machine panel we coated in a texture finish. Custom made hand railing and fender wheel wells we coated in a low sheen black. And finally pictured are some custome made hood inserts which were also coated in low sheen black.
Being a custom shop gives us the ability to unique jobs. Here we have some sheer pins that needed a primer powder base on just the head of the screw/pin then followed by a machine grey powder leaving the sides with just primer. Tolerance was an issue with this job so we have to mask off a lot of the area and also only have primer on the sides of the head of the pin. It’s always an interesting day in our shop.
It’s that time of year again. Wings, wings and more wings. Sprint car season is here and we have been busy coating wings of all sizes and in all different colors.
Thanks again to our customers providing pictures. Over the summer we coated lots of blue accents for this bike. Our customer sent some photos once everything was back on. Very nice touch.
We recently coated this scroll work for a local pawn shop in a high gloss finish.
Some Jeep springs done in a pretty metallic purple finish. First time we ever used this extreme purple powder. Was a very deep metallic purple finish that has a nice gloss finish as well.
One of our customers Huffy the biker clown stopped by for a visit today with his one of a kind build the Huffynstein. We haven’t seen it in quite some time. It is a piece of art. You may have seen him at events over the years. It was featured in Fast Lane Biker a few years ago as well. Always a pleasure seeing him and customers we’ve worked with over years. Beautiful day to be out for a ride! Everyone enjoy this weather!
Here’s an old Italian scooter we had the pleasure of redoing the tire rack on. We powder coated it silver giving it a raw metal look. Thank you to our customer for supplying picture once the rack was back on.
