We will be closing today and reopening January 4th to comply with orders from the governor. To those who may be upset or confused over why our small private studio has to close when our average occupancy is two persons per hour, we did reach out to our local leaders and did not receive any guidance in return. We are finally reopening! Friday, June 26th. Contact your trainer to schedule an appointment. Safety procedures will be made available prior to your workout.
As a private gym, when we reopen we will be limiting our space to no more than 3 clients working out at a time. If you include the personal trainer for each cli...ent, that is no more that 6 people in our building at a time. According to this chart that puts our location’s risk level around a 1-2. See more
When our gym reopens, some things to keep in mind: We are the ONLY completely private one on one personal training studio in town. We do not have group classes or a high volume of patrons per day.... We will clean all equipment for you after usage. No need to wonder if the person before you has cleaned or not. We truly pride ourselves on being the cleanest training studio in Chester County... And we were saying that before the pandemic. We can’t wait to see you all again very soon.
As we move into this new normal, gyms across the country will be changing as well. We will be ready. We already were...
As we head into the weekend today please remember one of the most important keys to life and health. Movement. Of all the advice we could give, the need to keep moving is the greatest. Stay on your feet as much as you can. Walk around your house. Go outside for a walk. Exercise in your home. Dance. Play with your children. Clean your house.... Whatever your choice of movement may be, just keep doing it! It is a major key to health, immune system, and mental well being. Enjoy your weekend, and stay moving my friends.

For anyone uncomfortable going to their public gyms because of Corona Virus. We can do short term workouts with you here in our private gym. You will have to w...ork with one of our trainers and pay our typical hourly rate but there is no contract needed and you can stop at any time. We are currently accepting new clients. BOTH short term and long term!
Regarding the Coronavirus pandemic. We here at Premier are taking all precautions possible to prevent the spreading of any viruses. We have antibacterial wipes, spray disinfectant, and antibacterial soap. We have been, and will be diligently cleaning and sanitizing our facility throughout each day often. If you as a client should feel sick, please do not come in to workout until you feel better. We will be suspending late cancelation charges until 4/1/20 for clients that canc...el due to illness. If one of our patrons, or a trainer is tested or presumed positive with Covid-19, we will be closing our facility for a short period of time to clean and disinfect. In such an event, we will alert ALL of our patrons and keep them updated. Please wash your hands before and after your workout. Thank you for your continued patronage. The T-Bar Row machine is my favorite for working the back. The problem is a lot of gyms don’t have it. . Here is a good alternative using a barbell and a double V bar. Make sure you work those postural muscles!!

You need to work to prevent future shoulder pain! - Think about how often you use the muscles in the front of your shoulders. If you’re holding your cell phone to read this, you may be using them right now. You also use them when cooking, driving, typing, brushing your teeth, applying make-up etc. Basically anything you’re doing with your arms in front of you may be using the front muscle of your shoulder. This can create an imbalance in the shoulder which may lead to pain... and contribute to poor posture. So how can you fix it?? Exercises that require the use of the Rear Deltoid (back of the shoulder) can help straighten you out and prevent or correct shoulder imbalances. Some examples are rowing exercises or reverse flies. Add them to your lifting routine ASAP!!
