Pillow Talk: Too Fluffy While a big fluffy pillow may seem luxurious and comfortable you may end up with a stiff neck in the morning as well! However, it will most likely be on the opposite side compared to your flat pillow. Oftentimes, pillows that are too fluffy (or if you are using too many pillows), your head will be too high compared to your neck. This will lead to similar problems of a stiff neck on one side!
