Louise was the first employee of founder and my late husband Michael J Weinzierl in 1985 (pictured at her retirement party with Mike) on July 21, 2010. She was instrumental in the growth of PGC throughout her 25-year career. She was well respected by her work colleagues and adored by her many customers. Michael would say Louise was his right-hand woman, and we all knew it. I believe Michael will put his right hand out when he sees and welcomes her in heaven. She will leave us with many fond memories. Susan

The statewide trout season is open, but most of the best fishing is by Tressa McCune and me during our lunch break or before work in Big Sewickley Creek on our property behind our printing and mailing facility. 3.2 million trout will be introduced to lakes and streams one bucket at a time or through troughs that slide them into the water throughout Pennsylvania. The brooks, browns, rainbows, and golden rainbows are found locally in Allegheny County, North Park Lake, The three Deer Lakes, Pine Creek, the dam breast to the lower crossing of Butler Plank Road, Montour Run, Trout Run to Hassam Road bridge. Turtle Creek, Saunders Station Road to Brush Creek. If you are wondering if we kept the fish that we caught today? The answer is no. We want others to experience the joy that we do when we fish together.

On this occasion of Employee Appreciation Day, I am grateful for my awesome staff. We’re coming up on our 38th anniversary in May. This company would not have had longevity without them. I respect their loyalty, dedication, work ethic, and professionalism from my current team and many that graced our business throughout the years. Thank you, PGC work family!

With deepest sympathy for our owner Susan Weinzierl and her family with the loss of her mother. Katherine ( "Kate", "Sissy", "Kathy") daughter of Dolores Finucan and William Daly. Kate lived in Pittsburgh her entire life. She received her Masters of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979. After graduation she worked in human services, as a caseworker, social worker and became a well respected drug and alcohol therapist/ ... counselor for the next 35 years, retiring when she was 74 years old. Her life mission was to help others and that she did. She was a member of the Church of Assumption and served the church by participating in mass as an usher after retirement. As a young woman she was a member of the Irish National Caucus and March in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade every year. She spent a lifetime volunteering for the Democratic Party as well as for Woman Rights. Kate solely raised her children, son Mark Wagner(Gerrie), Susan Weinzierl (late Michael Weinzierl); Grandchildren, Sean Wagner, Cierra Wagner, Daniel Wagner, Joseph Weinzierl, Andrea Weinzierl, Melinda Weinzierl, great grandson Sean Wagner, Jr. many nieces and nephews. She joined her parents and siblings in heaven, Mikey, Neenee, Shady, Shamus and Sally with an Irish toast: May joy and peace surround you, contentment latch your door. And happiness be with you now and bless you evermore. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 460 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue (face masks required). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Wednesday at the Church of the Assumption, Bellevue.

Won’t you be my neighbor? PGC has restructured our 16,500 Sq. Ft. facility that houses our printing and mailing company. We now have extra office space to rent and share. Many businesses need just a single base administrative/CEO office because the staff is working from home.
