Good morning all! I see some of you have requested price range and website. I don't have a website just yet. Just this facebook page for now. As far as price range, it will vary depending on the size of the group. Starting rate is $175 a night which includes 2 people. I do ask that you book a minimum 2 night stay. Security deposit amount will be starting at $200, which will be fully refundable at end of stay as long as there are no damages and you clean up after yourselves. A... $50 cleaning fee will be taken off the security deposit if a significant amount of cleaning is left. Coming soon will be a printable attachment of the rental agreement and terms and conditions once I finalize it and get the pdf attachment. Also, I'm still working on forms of payment. As for right now, cash, money orders, & travelers checks will be acceptable forms of payment until I figure out how to accept credit cards. Have a great day all! See more
