Prof. Meredith Bashaw is a tireless champion for learners and scientists of all backgrounds and levels. She's also a lifelong listener and learner herself. Students and colleagues will soon be the beneficiaries of Prof. Bashaw's newest honor and opportunity: "I'm thrilled to have been selected for the Project Kaleidoscope STEM Leadership Institute! Through the Institute, I'll undergo leadership training and join a national network of academics advocating for anti-racist, anti-sexist, and anti-classist practices in STEM higher education. I hope my leadership helps F&M become a stronger and more equitable community where every student and faculty member has the opportunity to reach their full potential."
