Bringing you something new this December... Introducing our improved facility schedule with a variety of offerings to fit everyone's needs! Boot Camp: The one you all know and love - Personalized, high intensity interval training, concentrated on the individuals who work with us to get in the best shape of their lives.... Boot Camp Xpress: To coincide with our original Boot Camps, we have developed a plan of self-lead Boot Camps that are quick and effective. They are pre-designed workouts meant to be completed in 30 minutes. These sessions are designed to provide additional full body exercise into your routine. Trainers will be on site for guidance, alterations, and questions as needed. You will need a stopwatch or Smartphone Timer. Cardio & Core: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training group class designed to make you sweat, burn calories and target your midsection. For anyone looking to tighten up the tummy this is your class! Speed & Agility: Power Train utilizes science to train the various anaerobic energy systems used in sports. Our athlete-focused speed & agility sessions consist of drills that center-in on proper running mechanics, acceleration/deceleration, lateral movement, and science-based conditioning.
