A legacy continues -- After 6 months of laying the groundwork, perfecting every detail of the home and marketing plan, the sellers and I were thrilled to accept an incredible offer from the very first family who viewed Mellor Estate. Seeing their eyes light up as they toured the grounds and home for the first time, and then those of their whole family when they brought parents and children for a second viewing assured me that the story of Mellor Estate and the legacy of its original owner will carry on. Closing was bittersweet for all of us, exciting to see the results of their work, but hard to say goodbye to the home and neighborhood that hosted us so many times this summer. On to the next!
