There’s a lot of thought and hard work that goes into creating a new item on our menu. Our Executive Chef, Katy and the rest of our culinary team spent months perfecting the ideal combo of ingredients to make our Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken. Once the recipe was perfected, Chef Katy worked to craft a dreamy bowl with ingredients that complemented the sweet heat of the chicken. Cue: the Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken Bowl. It’s made with cilantro lime rice, black beans, pico de gallo, and topped with a drizzle of sour cream and a sprinkle of cotija cheese. We can’t wait for you to try it!
