Quaint Corner Fundraiser Chemistry Kit $50.00 Includes the book Real Chemistry Experiments: 40 Exciting STEAM Activities for Kids by director of the ROCK program, Edward P. Zovinka, PhD. This is recommended for ages 8-12, but younger children can do the activities with help. You’ll just need a few supplies from around the house, plus the tools and supplies we include in the kit (eyedropper, magnet, magnifying glass, funnel, timer, safety glasses, cups, paper towels, dish so...ap, food coloring, and balloons). All proceeds will help the Museum make improvements during the shutdown. Send $50 to paypal.me/quaintcorneraltoona with "Chemistry Kit" in the Notes, and we will assemble your kit for local pickup. Order by Friday December 18th, and we will arrange socially-distanced pickup before Christmas. Email [email protected] if you have any questions.

We are still closed, but the Little Free Library is open on the front porch. Here are some Halloween books available. Take a book and/ or leave a book!

Thank you to those who have inquired about our opening and parties. Due to covid19, it may be months until that happens. In the meantime, we will be working on making improvements to the building and exhibits. Take care, friends!

Temporarily closed for the summer With the nature of our business being full of hands-on exhibits, visited by guests from all different locations, in small spaces - it is not feasible for us to reopen just yet. Sanitizing every manipulative after every group's visit would take staff hours. The board will meet in late July to reassess. We will let you know when we will reopen after that and see your smiling faces again. Donations can be made at https://quaintcorner.net/get-involved/donations/

Hi there! While we are awaiting the time we can all return to regular activities, we are offering a delayed expiration on our two membership options. Purchase a Basic or Deluxe Membership now, and it will expire one year from the date that we reopen, rather than one year from now. This is one way you can help us stay afloat. Thank you, thank you!
