We did several bathroom renovations in the past year. This one was a complete tear out and re-build. The original floor had cracks and loose tiles. We secured the underlying sub-floor and installed new large format tiles. We also removed the the solid shower walls and tub surround to make way for the glass shower and claw foot tub. Overall the new space has a much brighter and more open feeling.

Bathroom Renovation. Original bathroom from 1950's home was small, cramped and dark. There was no light in the shower or vent fan. By annexing one of the 3 bedroom closets and moving the entry door back 3 feet, we created about 40% more space - enough for a double vanity. The glass shower stall, large mirrors, and overhead light /fan also add to the bright open feeling.

Small Deck Project.

Stucco Repair. Like many projects, the damage on the outside looked minimal. The actual repair required removing a good deal of material in order to create a lasting fix. Matched paint came out looking good.
