As Butler county has moved to the green phase, we will resume welcoming walk in visits. Please continue to call if your child is experiencing a fever, flu like symptoms or has been exposed to anyone ill. We will continue to follow social distancing and ask that our patients do the same. The safety of our patients is our number one priority. We will continue to monitor the current situation and make changes as needed.

First and foremost, our hearts and blessings go out to all of those who have been affected by this pandemic. We have all been affected in one way or another. We have been fortunate so far to not be suffering great impact on children. We hope and pray this continues. We do need to be compassionate to our healthcare workers taking care of our adults and elderly as I am sure they are exhausted working around the clock. If you feel your child is ill please call our office or our... on call doctor before heading to the emergency room. We need to lessen the burden on our emergency departments if we can and also do not want to expose the children to other illnesses. We are going to temporarily be changing the way we schedule visits. We feel it is necessary to keep our children up to date with their physicals and immunizations however do not want to expose them to any unnecessary illnesses. During the next two weeks we are going to move all well physicals to the morning and sick visits in the afternoon. We are asking that people call the office prior to coming in so that we can schedule an appointment in attempt to control the flow of patients in the office and allow us to maintain sanitary precautions. We are aware that most people are familiar to the walk in visits and there may be a few hiccups along the way but this will enable us to limit patient to patient exposure. We will re-evaluate the situation in 2 weeks and will be posting an update. If you have any questions please call the office. Sincerely Sean Archer and the staff at Quick Care Pediatrics See more

Our office would like to update you with our response to the COVID-19/coronavirus epidemic . Based on the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), children do not appear to be at a higher risk for COVID-19 than adults. Reported symptoms generally are mild in children and include cold-like symptoms such as fever, runny nose and cough. Per Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Infectious Disease, it is advised to proceed to the ER if your child is ill and having respirat...ory difficulties. We are conducting business hours as usual. If modifications are needed, we will post updates to this site. We are taking every recommended precaution to minimize the spread of infection. As we acquire any additional information, we will share it. Thank you See more
