In order to support efforts underway to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and keep our customers and employees safe we are not accepting walk in customers. If you would like to place an order we ask that you either call the office at 814-672-5878 or place your order on our website using the order form at www.dottsenergy.com During this time in order to practice social distancing, we are also asking all customers who place orders to put their payment on the door prior to the delivery so that the driver does not have to knock on the door. The LiHeap program will be ending on Friday, April 12, 2019. Customers must contact their local County Assistance Office (CAO) on or before this date if they wish to submit a new application or request to use their remaining Crisis benefits.
