Michael Palumbaro and I have been discussing doing the group via ZOOM. Would anyone be interested in this? If interested please give your preference, Saturday or Sunday and a time. ... We will then discuss the suggestions and announce a day and time. We will do this until WW Center reopens. Thanks and we look forward to your suggestions.
The William Way Center has asked us to suspend the Buddhist Meditation group until Sunday April 5th as a precaution due to COVID-19. Practice is an important part of the Buddhist path so we encourage all to meditate at home until we meet again. Follow the guidelines and stay healthy.

Happy Thanksgiving! I wish everyone a happy and safe day. Please think about joining Michael Palumbaro and I this Sunday at three at the William Way Center. Our theme will be gratitude and compassion. We will meditate together and then discuss how being grateful and compassionate relate to our celebration of Thanksgiving and the teachings of the Buddha. If anyone is interested in learning about the practice of touching the earth we will demonstrate if there is interest. This practice is quite literally a grounding experience.
