Randy & Bob's is looking to add to our team! We are in need of a Front Office Assistant who is looking to find their career home at Randy & Bob's. We need a team member who is wanting to work and willing to go above and beyond for the team and the company. The position is Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm with guaranteed overtime during our busy season. There are days you may have to come in early or stay late to accommodate what is best for the customer. Fast paced m...odern office environment at a collision repair facility that has been in business 46+ years. You will also have to work October 1 - April 1 every other Saturday from 9:00 - 12:00 during our busy season. Must possess an extremely high level of Quality Customer Service. & have Excellent Communication Skills Other Qualifications needed: Answer Multi-line Phone System, Organization Skills, Self-Motivated, Dependable, Scheduling Appointments, Detail Oriented, Filing, Multitasking, High Level of Computer Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel. Must have a cheerful character, regular attendance is required, and be a team player. Experience with Insurance Claims a plus. Must have a terrific memory and be able to retain information. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to learn how to assist in a busy collision repair facility front office.
