Sometimes you get the chance to host special friends and family at your business and this was one of those moments for us. Sabre & Greg are some of the most wonderful people and we were blessed to be part of their day! Having so many people we care about at The Lodge for an amazing celebration was truly a joy. It was beautiful and perfect in every way.

We’ve been sewing some masks to donate to local people who needed them. It’s a small contribution to this crazy pandemic but it’s what we can do. Does anyone else know of a need, masks or other, that we can help? For some reason, working towards a better tomorrow makes today’s chaos seem more manageable... Anyone else agree? @basketball_lover34_9 @ The Lodge at Raven Creek

We’ve been pretty quiet over here, mainly because I just haven’t known what to post. I didn’t want to add to any of the craziness on social media right now, and to be honest, I needed to keep my browsing to a minimum to stay positive. Did anyone else feel the need to limit their daily consumption??? Anyway, I felt like I’ve been away long enough; I needed to hear from all our friends. It’s been weirdly quiet at The Lodge, definitely not our normal Spring. As much as ...I want to be hosting guests, preparing the grounds for wedding season, and scheduling tours, right now everything just feels on hold. That being said, we’ve been busy chatting with our Spring brides, helping them to re-plan their wedding in different ways, and encouraging them to see that no matter what, love always wins. Callie was outside today and took these photos and reminded me that even in the midst of this crisis, Spring is coming. For me, Spring always represents new life, hope, and the start of something wonderful. This year will be no different! I pray you all find a sign of hope today- and please share it with us! @ The Lodge at Raven Creek
