Following a request from the Dauphin County Bar Association, Tom recently volunteered his time and dispute resolution skills to moderate and settle a dispute between a landlord and a tenant who was facing eviction in a case pending in a Magisterial District Court. Tom volunteered to take on the first case in the Dauphin County Bar Association's pro bono mediation project for which it has received a statewide grant from the PA Housing Alliance. Though Tom is typically involved in mediating large commercial disputes and litigation, he notes that the need for experienced, effective mediators to assist landlords and tenants in resolving their disputes in a cost effective way is greater than ever due to the economic damage caused by COVID-19.

Please join us in congratulating Reager & Adler founding partners, Ted Adler and Dave Reager, who have again been designated as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in the Construction Litigation and Real Estate categories respectively. Ted and Dave’s designation represents 40+ years as proven resources in the community and their commitment to providing each client with quality advice, innovative solutions and personalized service. To earn the designation, Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. An attorney first must be nominated by his or her peers. The nomination is then validated with third party research across twelve key categories, and reviewed by a Blue Ribbon Panel of attorneys. Only 5% of practicing attorneys are designated as Super Lawyers.
