Just under a week away!

The good news is that we have a date for PA real estate opening back up. The bad news is that it's June 4th. To all of my clients trying to buy or sell in PA - we'll have our ducks in a row and be ready to work for you (with proper common sense precautions in place) the minute the government lets us.

If you're looking to sell your home in Maryland - right now IS the time to do it! Inventory is very low and we are seeing multiple offers on homes that are properly priced. Combine low interest rates with low inventory AND Pennsylvania being shut down (no existing home sales allowed for the last month and counting..) and you're in a position to sell quickly and for top dollar.... If you wait too much longer, the market will flood with homes and you'll miss that early window of opportunity.
