I have worked with Kate for quite a few years both in business and professional matters. I have always found her to be pleasant, personable, forthright very competent. Besides all that she's a very nice lady! I feel I can always count on Kate with all real estate matters.

I wish I would've found Kate years ago. What a breath of fresh air. Amazing knowledge of the market, superb marketing plan and a class act. I was just impre...ssed from the get go. One thing that is tough to find in real estate is communication and since I live out of state and have rentals out on the east coast having Kate in my corner makes me feel like I have boots on the ground. She follows up and communicates with me regularly and makes it so stress free which is what I have been looking to get for a very long time.
