This is Sandi Rectenwald. I'm the Admin. of the Red Bowl site. This awesome and beautifully decorated Asian restaurant is owned by Chen and Joey. Chen is Mei's - from Taste Of China - brother. Red Bowl is on the corner of Haine School and Freedom Roads in Cranberry Township. When you are in Cranberry, please stop there and eat in or order take-out.

Chen is an amazing cook! His dishes are very unique from the delicate Summer Shrimp Roll to the Shrimp Tom Kha Gai soup, both of which I ate for lunch today. That soup is like a wonderful tonic for my tongue, and by far one of my favorite flavors in the world. Several of our family members have eaten in some of the best Thai restaurants in the Northeast, and they believe that Chen's Tai cooking is the best!

Chen is the brother of Mei, the owner of Ellwood City's own, Taste of China.

The restaurant is located at Freedom Square which is on the corner of Freedom and Haine School Roads in Cranberry Township, PA. The decor is contemporary and tasteful, and it is a very comfortable and pleasant atmophere at which to eat. Take-out is highly efficient and easy. Come and give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

Red Bowl Asian Cuisine is a wonderful Asian restaurant owned and operated by a friendly and very likeable Chinese couple, Chen, and his wife, Joey. All of the food is homemade and is very delicious!
