update: many of you have messaged us making sure everyone is okay. Short answer is yes! However we have had exposure to covid 19 and for the health and safety of our staff and customers we need to close until it is safe to re-open! Good afternoon everyone. We just wanted to make a statement after hearing today that someone turned us in for not adhering to social distancing guidelines. This was brought to our attention by the news channel when they showed up at our business today informing us of that fact. We are small business doing everything we can to comply with social distancing guidelines. We have limited the amount of patrons allowed in the restaurant at once, all of our employees are wearing mas...ks, only one person is handling the finances and Not touching any other foods, we have brought the condiments Into the back for our employees to serve instead of our usual self serve station, we have signs up asking patrons to comply with social distancing measures mandated by the government and so on. Yes, we do have long lines; however we have the space to accommodate such lines on our property while still spaced out. To avoid such situations in the future where someone can turn us in and possibly have us fined or even shut down, please do your part to help us adhere to social distancing if you haven’t already done so. Please wear masks while waiting in line, please stand 6 feet apart, and please be respectful of other people. At such an uncertain time we feel sad and disheartened that we all cant stand together and support small, local businesses instead of trying to bring each other down. Happy Easter everyone! We hope you all are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. We wanted to let you know that we will be returning to work this Tuesday, April 14th along with some changes that will be implemented to help keep our employees and customers safe. For the time being we will not be permitting anyone inside the doors; we will be taking orders at the window and serving food out of it as well. There will also be no self serve condiment trays, we ...will be doing that for you as well before we hand out your order. Please be patient with us as we implement these changes as it is new territory for us as well. Hi everyone! We just wanted to address a few questions/comments, some which have not been very kind. We have received a few private messages and comments concerning the fact the we are a takeout business and that the recommendations were for businesses to continue takeout only. This indeed is true, we are a takeout business. However, our lines which sometimes take time, have people in very close proximity to one another, more likely closer than you would be to others in a s...it down restaurant. Our condiments are also self serve, which would be comparable to that of a buffet, which is recommended to close. Our bottom line is the safety and health of our employees, customers, and family as we have stated before. Please support us and other local/small businesses in this difficult decision and time.
