Between the current spike of cases and feedback from students, I'm canceling the test run of classes this week. We'll see what things look like closer to August.

Lancaster is set to move into the green phase of re-opening this coming Friday, June 26. For now, classes will remained closed due to several considerations. 1) practicing qigong (deep breathing exercises) may not be a positive health practice while wearing a mask (required during green phase) 2) with our small studio space, it will be difficult to insure physical distancing during class... 3) while the virus is still spiking throughout the country, I need to insure the integrity of my healing practice, and keep traffic in and out of the studio to a minimum I hope to reopen classes soon and will continue to weigh the risks and benefits of group classes. Thank you to everyone who have supported my practice through participation in online classes, attendance at public meditations and donations through PayPal.
