Meditation, Reiki & Zentangle With Marie

I start my day with 15 minutes of focused breathing to increasing my oxygen. My morning self Reiki practice brings me increased focus and clarity. I check in again for another half hour in the middle of the day, and I always finish with a meditation Reiki before bed. Having survived a Traumatic Brain Injury 3 years ago, my continued healing is exponentially improved with the practice of Reiki meditation. I know the Post Concussion Syndrome would have stopped my life if not for my daily practice . The healing is real. My daily practice saved my life.
