Alllllllll of this..... it’s a curse and a blessing all in one to be an empath. I’m grateful for all of it, but sometimes I need a break and to turn off. Who can relate? Yesterday I received a Reiki Session from a very dear friend Corrin Ceccarelli. I needed it more than I knew. Let’s pay attention to our body and mind. Let’s give ourselves whatever it is we need.
