As the world kicks off Pride Month we felt it was important to share resources as well as our commitment to creating mental health equity for the LGBTQ+ community. We strive to offer supportive and affirming services to LGBTQ+ folks and recognize this past year has been particularly difficult on many fronts. @trevorproject estimates that more than 1.8 million LGBTQ youth between the ages of 13 and 24 in the U.S. seriously consider suicide each year. Thankful to hear congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez not only taking time for her own mental well-being by spending extra time in nature, but also speaking out as a proponent of self care and mental health!
