Kara Kalupson, Senior MS4 Coordinator at RETTEW, has in-depth knowledge of pollutant reduction plans. She recently shared her experience in working on these plans with municipalities at the Water Environment Federation’s Stormwater Summit 2021. Kara highlighted municipalities in Lancaster County, PA that are implementing pollutant reduction plans to comply with MS4 permit requirements and improve water quality in local streams and the Chesapeake Bay.

October is Distracted Driving Awareness Month. In the video below, Florida State Trooper Carlos Rosario shares how he is lucky to be alive after being hit outside of his cruiser by a distracted driver looking at his cell phone.
