I'm very grateful to the artists of the past exhibition, 'Flora', whose artwork uplifted many patients and staff of the Bodine Cancer Treatment Center at @jeffersonhealth. The exhibition focused on depth and beauty depicted through nature and flowers, and the work was appreciated by many during a long, dreary winter. To effectively make the experience of cancer treatment, in a windowless building, in the winter, less stressful is a powerful energy for artwork to impart with i...ts audience, and the transference of that energy is a wonderful function of such beautiful artwork. Not only for the patients, but also the dedicated staff of expert doctors and caregivers who can enjoy wonderful artwork that enhances their day to day experience while caring for patients. A beautiful goal fulfilled by the power and beauty of the work of the artists. So pleased to announce "Too Cute", a celebration of pets installed for the patients and staff of the Bodine Center for Radiation Therapy. This exhibition is specially intended to offer the relief and joy of beloved pets throughout the hallways, exam rooms and waiting areas. Staff and patients were encouraged to participate by sending their own pets' portraits and their framed photos now adorn the department along with the artwork!

It was such a joy to assist and advise Lather Hair Studio (@latherhairstudio) with their art program in their beautiful new home! Co-owners Abbey Dernoga (@abbey_dernoga) and Dena Epstein (@dena_miranda) approached me with goals of minimizing wall damage/maintenance, and streamlining their internal processes to feature local artists. After installing sleek hanging rails on 11 walls, we arranged a great selection of works up by the up and coming Tyler Siravo (@tylersiravo). The Second Saturday reception was and Tyler's pieces are selling!
