Why should I take a firearms course? 1) It will teach you about, the subject, yourself and whether it is right for you. 2) You will understand more about an important topic regardless of where you stand on the issues. 3) When you recognize a friend is a handgun owner you will know how to conduct yourself.... 4) If a friend is a handgun owner you will know what is appropriate behavior for them and what is not. Taking a course is not a commitment to owning a gun. It is a commitment to understanding a serious component of our society.
