It’s been quiet on our page, as we have not had any properties available since the beginning of the year; however, that will soon be changing! We will have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house available early October! Located in Altoona, near Penn Lincoln. Pictures will be posted next week. Additionally, we have not one, but two fixer upper remodels in the works! Stay tuned!

Unfortunately that means you will not be hearing from us for awhile. We may surprise you and purchase a fixer upper or two in early Summer at the tax sale, but until then, thank you for all the continuous love and support!
