Time for the big push to wrap up 2017! As we approach the holidays there is good news for buyers....AND sellers. BUYERS - If a house has been sitting for 30, 60, 90 days or more, the sellers often get VERY motivated to make a deal. A house that wasn't in your price range, might be now! Sellers know that there are far fewer buyers this time of the year and over the holidays it gets worse! Time to talk to me about finding a bargain! So, with that being the case, HOW can it ...be a good time for sellers!? SELLERS - There are more buyers in the market than you think. Buyers get frustrated this time of year because its been the same houses every time they get online to look. Very little new inventory hits the market now and buyers get tired of stale listings! New listings this time of the year can have great success being NEW to the market! There are less buyers this time of year BUT there are also fewer choices for those buyers and they get aggressive when the perfect home hits the market. Example, I sold 2 houses last week....both buyers looked at 2 houses!!!! Only 2 houses....a very low number....but they wanted to act quickly before they got snatched up by other buyers! Time to talk to me about maximizing your home sale price! Remember, don't always believe TV....you can buy a home with a credit score below 700.....you do not have to have 20% down and a great realtor can help you make it happen! We have markets that aren't seeing as much of slow down in sales as we see in other years....let me help you find the right buyer for your home! Bringing buyers and sellers together is what I do!
