Our first silent disco bootcamp this morning was so much fun! We are LOVING our @silentsoundsystem headsets We open in house on Monday but will continue to utilize these for outdoor workouts as temperatures permit! As you can see, the rain never bothered us anyway : our girl @kristina.avanzato

We BACK! We are reopening for indoor classes on January 4th while offering a hybrid schedule with virtual options! When booking, please pay attention to whether your class says IN STUDIO and VIRTUAL in front of the description. Masks are still required at all times inside of the studio SCHEDULE IS LIVE!
