Dropped off our daughter at PSU this week and found this wonderful place to stay for the night. Connie and Steve are the most gracious owners. Their home is beautiful and they make you feel like your part of the family.

Colors of Summer!

Good News Friday! The Gamble Mill is getting new life. Good luck to brothers Chris and Jonathan Virgilio, who own Virgilio Investments LLC, a local real estate... and development company, who are pleased to announce that they have officially acquired the Gamble Mill property located at 160 Dunlap Street in Bellefonte, PA. We are very excited to contribute to the revitalization of the Waterfront District along the river walk. The Bellefonte Borough has done an excellent job enhancing the natural beauty of Spring Creek and making it more accessible to the general public, said Jonathan Virgilio of Virgilio Investments. The walkable connection to the Historic Downtown makes Bellefonte a very attractive destination for both locals and weekenders to enjoy. Virgilio stated that, although It needs a lot of work, they are excited to restore this beautiful 18th century mill building. The historic ambiance and waterfront location make the ground and first floors ideal for a variety of businesses such as a restaurant, brew pub, beer hall, or event space. There is about 7,500 square feet of retail space that will be leased on these two floors. Design work will begin immediately and renovations could start this winter with an opening as soon as summer 2020. Can we get an Amen?
