WELCOME DREW RIGGIN & ETHAN JONES! Drew has 18 years of experience working on various building types. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and is an AIA member, NCARB certified and registered in 14 states. Drew has a passion for building envelope design and construction. In his spare time Drew enjoys getting his hands dirty remodeling his home. Ethan graduated from Marywood University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He has lived in Scranton for the past 10 years, but grew up in Lebanon so he is excited to be returning to the area. In his free time, Ethan enjoys watching Penguins hockey and going on hikes with his wife and their dog. He is also currently pursuing professional licensure.

Welcome New Employees Katie Endresen and Josh Tubay! Katie earned a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Penn State. She has 11 years of experience, is an NCARB certified, registered architect and has served as adjunct faculty for Penn State's Department of Architecture. In her spare time, Katie loves to spend time with her daughter Eleanor and dog Bruce. Josh is excited to be back at RLPS (albeit from his home office at this time) after two summers as an intern for the firm. He is also a Penn State graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
