Keep in mind that a 5% Daily Value (DV) or less is low and 20% DV or more is high. Try to limit sodium intake to under 1,500 mg a day.... Remember that carbs break down as sugar in your body. Get enough fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals in your daily diet. Don't: Be fooled by buzzwords 'all-natural' or 'gluten free'. Feel self-conscious evaluating labels in the grocery store.
