Just finished up the metal parts for this rail system. Some interior and exterior. Love the wood and metal caps for the top of the posts and the wood handrail.

Just finished a wood working project, always fun to get back to my roots in carpentry. Wood and metal working are so different in your process and tactics. This project is a custom table/ dog pen. It is meant to be a table behind a couch and is 26x75 and 30 in height. It has two separate dog pens on each side. All tongue and groove white oak that is milled to look like ship lap.

Wrapped up another railing system.

This week I wrapped up the most difficult rail system that I have done. It also was the tightest time frame I have faced. I had 22 days for fabrication and then install 3 days later. In those 22 days I worked 215 hours and with the help of many people, we made it happen and even got it completed a couple days early. A special thanks to Carma Coatings for there great service and quick turnaround, also thanks to Stan Fleming for all the welding help. Couldn’t have made it happen without your help.

Installed this front entry rail system today.

Finished this custom sign last week with help from My Uncle, the master wood burner. Between the burning detail and the wood grain, we were very happy how it turned out. Zoom in on the details.
