Special thanks to Mr. Schneider and Mr. Vieira for coming to speak to us about the magnet programs at Collegiate Academy and Erie Public High School.

Letters were mailed yesterday to all of the families of Erie's Public Schools. This is a generic copy of the letter mailed informing you of the school placement for next year. Families should be receiving this letter soon.

Color Run envelopes are due tomorrow. Let's make this event an amazing fundraiser for Roosevelt Middle School.

Don't forget to get your $30 for the Color Race turned in as soon as possible. The deadline is this Friday May 5th. Turn your envelopes into Mr. Pagano in the main office.

We will hold our spring Teddy Talk this Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm. The topic for discussion will be "Diversity in Education, Creating a Welcoming Environment for All." Dinner will be provided by Moe's Southwest Grill from 5-6pm in the library. Hope to see you all there.

McTeacher night tomorrow at the lower Peach Street McDonalds (closest to RMS) from 5-7pm. All proceeds will benefit the RMS PTSA. Hope to see you all there.

The 6th grade basketball game that was on the schedule for this Saturday has been cancelled due to the Easter holiday. A make up date will be determined at a later date.

Color Run assembly will be held tomorrow at 2pm in the aud. Our PTSA will be explaining this event as well as handing out envelopes for money collection.

Today is the final day of Language Arts PSSA testing. We have both am and pm testing sessions. Good luck to all of our students!

Josh Karnes (Grade 7) has been selected to represent Team USA at the International Junior Team Cup in Berlin Germany April 7-8. The team is comprised of 4 gymnasts ages 12-17. Last year there were over 30 teams from 28 different countries from 3 continents there, making this the largest Jr Boys competition in the world! He will most likely be one of the youngest competitors there in the U14 age group. Good Luck Josh!

Good Luck to all of our students today and tomorrow. They will be completing their Language Arts PSSA exams. Students will test in the am and pm today and tomorrow. Make up exams will begin on Thursday.
