Staff Accountant The position is responsible for the accounts payable function. Along with preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, and account reconciliations. Assist with monthly closings, maintaining excel spreadsheets, account analysis, and supporting the controller in carrying out weekly and monthly responsibilities. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities All functions of accounts payable including printing and mailing checks Ensure correct GL ac...count codes are assigned to vendor invoices.
