If you wear a ball cap to work regularly like me, you know that after a while they get pretty dirty. A trick I learned is to wash them in the dishwasher! Gets it much cleaner than running through the washing machine. It will shrink a little so maybe don’t do it with a fitted cap.

I went to grab my dump trailer off a job and low and behold I had a flat tire. So flat that it had popped the bead and I had to jack it up to fill it. I found my leak, in the sidewall... I plugged it to get me home but looks like a new tire is in order.

If you’ve worked around me you know I love my Makita tools. This 10 36v cordless miter saw is flat out amazing but it has one flaw, the detent plate is aluminum so over time it wears out (took 2 years of hard use, my tools work for a living). @stenewoodwork has the solution with a stainless steel replacement detent plate.
