It's November!! Can you believe it?! You know that this means! It's time to announce our Rider Spotlight this month! Dayna Coleman ... Here is what the CB Rob team said about Dayna: She is a pillar to our community- constantly promoting, engaging, and over all spreading good vibes through the studio. Dayna sleeps, eats and breathes CycleBar. She never misses a class, rides on average 6 days per week, and some of those days she doubles up. When I ask Dayna why she rides so much she says it’s not just for the workout, it’s because it makes her mentally just feel good. I love that!! She also refers new members constantly. She is a force and is always there to pump up every ride! I think that despite the fact that she is one of the newer riders, she is a big part of the CB community. She’s dedicated to coming and riding very frequently and she embraces the CB Rob spirit. She's a bright and beautiful soul that is such an important part of our community. As our unofficial ambassador, she's always trying to share her love of our studio, the cbx staff, and our cycle community to the friends she meets along the way. Cycle bar wouldn't be the same without Dayna, I love seeing her walk through those doors religiously! Because she loves Cyclebar and treats it like her second home.
