We want to address some questions some people have had today about the new restrictions they are seeing. They are in Philadelphia , we are Montgomery County and Bucks County. We remain open until the dept of health in Monco and Bucks advises us otherwise. We are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe. Here are the protocols we have been following. - Class sizes are limited, all bags are 10-12 feet apart.... - Temperature checks at the door. The Thermometers are on the wall at both locations ( HV will be set up on Friday). Please walk in and take your temp then get hand sanitizer. - **Wear a mask when walking in and leaving and also at your bag when working out as well. - If you feel sick please stay home and call us. Virtual is a good backup option if you can not come to the gym. - Everything is cleaned at the gym after class- equipment , chairs and bathrooms . - Garage door at Warminster will be open if weather allows ( knock on wood it's been nice) and the door at HV will be open to allow fresh air. ** If you are traveling for Thanksgiving please let us know as you will have to quarantine for 2 weeks. If you are unsure, call me to ask. Thank you everyone for your patience and support over the past 2 months since we opened up let's keep it going and follow the protocols and still fight back PD!!!
