Rock Steady Boxing Pittsburgh is not your ordinary boxing program. It has actually been found that non-contact fitness boxing can help individuals living with Parkinson's Disease. This program helps to improve their quality-of-life, self-worth and help to delay the progression of symptoms. Here at Rock Steady Boxing Pittsburgh at Fit 4 Boxing Club, we provide classes to accommodate varying degrees of Parkinson's as well as fitness levels. We also provide a support system for ...our Parkinson's fighters not only through our trainers and staff, but through all of the participants and their families as well. Meet Bob "The Comeback" Coyner!! On June 29, 2020, Bob will be 92 years old! This video was taken of him at his home in Zelienople just the other by his daughte...rs Peg and Terri and his wife Lorraine. Bob is currently under in home hospice care and is being looked after by his family. He has had Parkinson's disease for four years and began coming to Fit 4 Boxing Club in February of 2017. Currently our oldest member of Rock Steady Boxing Pittsburgh, Bob continues to fight everyday! You are an inspiration Bob and a light to the world. ATTENTION In effort to prevent spread of COVID-19, Fit 4 Boxing Club will be operating on a limited schedule for the next two weeks. Effective immediately, we WILL NOT have classes at 5:00am or 6:15am. This applies at both locations, Hampton and Murrysville.
