In an effort to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to protect our clients and staff from increased risk of exposure, we ask that all clients and their family members, if you have recently returned from travel outside of the U.S., been exposed to COVID-19, and/or are experiencing flu-like symptoms (including coughing, sneezing, congestion, and fever) postpone your appointment until you are 2 weeks out from returning to the U.S. or exposure to COVID-19 and yo...u no longer have flu-like symptoms. We also ask for clients to refrain from bringing family members and others to appointments, whenever possible. When you arrive for your appointment, if you have a cough and/or sneezing: Ask one of our staff for a face mask and wear the mask through out the time you are in our office Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing Use the nearest waste receptacle to dispose of the tissue after use Perform hand hygiene (e.g., hand washing with non-antimicrobial soap and water, alcohol-based hand rub, or antiseptic hand wash) after sneezing, coughing and/or blowing your nose The U.S. Center for Disease Control has issued the following recommendations for controlling and minimizing the spread of the Coronavirus: Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When soap and running water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand rub with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands that are visibly soiled. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. We appreciate your attention to this important information.

Over fifteen years ago, on January 5, 2004, I opened my office. Los fondos se mantendrán en una cuenta separada mantenida en el estado en que se encuentra la oficina del abogado, o en otro lugar con el consentimiento del cliente o tercera persona. Otros bienes será...n identificados como tales y debidamente protegidos. Los registros completos de tales fondos de cuentas y otros bienes se conservarán por un período de cinco años después de la terminación de la representación. Rule 1. 15 (a), entitled "Safekeeping Property," provides, in pertinent part: (a) A lawyer shall hold property of clients or third persons that is in a lawyer's possession in connection with a representation separate from the lawyer's own property. Funds shall be kept in a separate account maintained in the state where the lawyer's office is situated, or elsewhere with the consent of the client or third person. Other property shall be identified as such and appropriately safeguarded. Complete records of such account funds and other property shall be preserved for a period of five years after termination of the representation.
