Rohman Park

WE ARE SORRY TO SAY BUT THE DECORATION WORKSHOP EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. DUE TO THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE TODAYS SNOW STORM, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE PARK CLEARED IN TIME. WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE THIS EVENT SOMETIME THIS MONTH. WE WILL KEEP YOU POSTED IF IT IS AT ALL POSSIBLE.

What a beautiful day we had in Rohman Park for our annual Easter Egg Hunt. We saw several hundred children and their families enjoying this event together in the bright sunshine. Thank you all for making this event one of your family traditions. We have attached a few photos for you to share.

Happy New Year one and all! As we approach the end of the first month of a new year, the Park & Recreation Committee is busy working on our 2019 Calendar of Events as well as our annual fundraising flyer. If you own a business or know someone who does that would like to take advantage of an advertising opportunity, please contact us. We distribute over 1700 flyers in Shohola and Barryville every year. Call the Township Building at 570-559-7394 and talk to Diana for details on this opportunity to advertise in our flyer. We are looking forward to seeing everyone this year down at the Park.
