Job Summary - Perform cleaning tasks to ensure effective housekeeping of the facility/grounds as assigned and ensure members satisfaction. - Provide on-site technical repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance services. - Perform routine housekeeping as per weekly schedule. - Inspect property and grounds daily. ... - Ensure all safety and risk management procedures are adhered to. - Report unusual conditions to supervisor. - Ensure proper supply levels of toilet tissue, paper towels, soap and any other services are provided. - Report items needing repair to supervisor. - Have working knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, especially HVAC systems, hydraulic systems and electric motors. - Prepare, paint, and rehab rooms and exterior of main building and additional building. - Maintain all tools and equipment in optimum condition. - Ability to deal effectively with people, especially customers and staff. - Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish. - Comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and procedures. - Participate in other projects and activities as assigned. - Attend related training as required. - Maintain a clean and neat appearance. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED; some post high school education or training preferred. - At least 1 year maintenance experience - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. - Positive attitude and excellent communications skills. - Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must be able to work in various interior and exterior work environments. - Must be able to safely lift, move and carry up to 30 lbs. on an occasional basis - Must be skilled and able to use tools for all repair and maintenance projects and work assignments. - Ability to setup and climb ladders. - Salary based on experience.

Starting Jan. 4th 2021, we will resume indoor service, opening daily at 1 p.m. The bowling alley will be available again as well. $15.00/hr. up to 10 people. Call to reserve.
