Cold weather roofing . But leaks don’t stop just because it’s cold. The full roof pictured below was replaced and required over 40 sheets of plywood due to poor ventilation and incorrectly installed attic insulation. The repair pictured had a bad leak that was caused by improper moisture barrier under siding.
