Friday, June 4th- Cast Iron Steak & Shrimp taught by Chef Jamie Fry from 6-8:30 at the Wellsboro Fire Annex. This class is an absolute must! Learn how to make a mouthwater...ing steak paired with shrimp on a cast iron pan. You will learn some basic tips and tricks for cooking and cleaning cast iron as well. $79 pp Saturday, June 5th Night in Italy with Homemade Pasta. Another crowd favorite taught by Chef Timmy B! Learn to make pasta from scratch! It’s not as hard as you might think. The full menu features penne pasta with vodka sauce, antipasto salad, garlic bread, and tiramisu. $69 pp Sunday, June 6th- Kid’s Dessert Pizza taught by Chef Timmy B. Let your kids explore their culinary creativity by creating a dessert pizza masterpiece. $35C/$40A

The class is $79 per person and starts at 6 PM. On Sunday, May 23 we have something for the kiddos. Kid's Omelets and Breakfast Pizza is only $40 per adult/$35 per child and starts at 2 PM. Today, I learned how to make homemade donuts....Chef Jamie Fry and Dunkin Donuts owner, Nikki York, did an AMAZING job teaching this class. Here are some photos....and the donuts were DELICIOUS!!
