Check out our patient Bill who is BACK IN THE SADDLE just six weeks after suffering a hamstring tear!!! Bill was able to avoid surgery and heal the injury through physical therapy with our team. He's now getting back to riding horses which is something he is very passionate and competitive about! An injury such as a muscle tear can be very painful and worrisome at first. You may not know what to do next or what your options are. It is extremely important to get an opinion ...from an expert and address the problem as soon as possible. "Waiting it out" or trying to solve the problem yourself can result in long term problems and ultimately the loss of function or ability to perform even basic movements like walking. Bill was able to being physical therapy very soon after his injury and that has allowed to have such a phenomenal recovery and not lose the ability to do the things he loves to do. He even made the comment that his injured leg feels stronger and more mobile now than his other leg. Guess we might have to work on that one next

Barry is BACK! We are THRILLED to share that Barry now has yet another success story with us here... this time around resolving a nagging neck issue that was keeping him from hitting the gym everyday. He's now getting back in the gym and building the weights back up. No doubt he will be making some major gains this summer Congrats Barry!!!
