DO YOU NEED INDOOR SPACE TO HAVE A GRADUATION PARTY, A BRIDAL SHOWER, A BABY SHOWER, HOW ABOUT A RETIREMENT PARTY OR BIRTHDAY PARTY OR EVEN A SWEET 16 PARTY??? HALL RENTAL: Are you or a friend, or family member, or even a co-worker looking to rent a hall for an upcoming event? LAROS HALL at Rosemont can be the perfect place for that event. You can call the church office for more information and availability at 610-867-3705... The facility contains an impressive Hall that can hold 30 to 150 people comfortably. In addition, there is an on-site, newly refurbished kitchen, equipped with a restaurant grade range equipped with 12 burners and two spacious ovens, as well as two refrigerators for food storage, a new Air Pot coffee maker and/or two 100-cup coffee urns. It is the perfect place to gather and celebrate any type of event - small of large. Your hall rental hours include: Set up, your event and clean up time. The Security Deposit is NOT included in the rental fee. Upon passing a post event inspection by the church representative, the security deposit is returned (via check) usually within a week of the event. RENTAL COST NOTES Security Deposit $200.00 Refundable as set forth in contract Cost Per Hour $ 70.00 Rental rate for Hall only Use of Kitchen $ 50.00 Kitchen fee is in addition to hourly rental rate. Decorating for event $10.00/hr Representative $ 10.00/hr A church representative is required to be present at all times. They will be there when you arrive to acquaint you with the facility and throughout the event to answer any questions or concern that may arise.
