Until August! With new city updates, we won’t be opening up July 6th as planned. We are continuing our zoom workouts, so be sure to sign up for our email list to get the links to join as well as any additional info about opening!

We’re back!!! Starting July 6th we’re going to start having in person workouts! Virtual workouts are here to stay for now, too! We will be taking a lot of extra safety precautions, so please check your emails or DM us for more details! We appreciate your patience as we try to get to everyone’s questions. Tomorrow Philadelphia moves to yellow phase! Unfortunately, gyms and studios are still mandated to remain closed until green phase but we are hopefully heading in that direction soon! That being said, we will still be having virtual classes each day for all who can attend! If you are not getting our daily newsletter, check your spam folders as sometimes emails getting hidden! We will be sure to keep you updated on any and all changes we have at the studio!

It’s here! Check out our virtual schedule for the time being! If you’d like to attend a class, we ask that you email us by 5:00PM if you would like to attend the class at 5:30PM that day and for the 6:30AM class please email us before 9:00PM the night before. We will the send you the link and password! These classes will be free, but donations are welcomed to help pay our instructors and studio bills so we can transition seamlessly back to studio life once we’re allowed! Donations can be sent via Venmo to RowZone.

We are happy to announce that we are going to be providing workouts you can perform each day at home! These will come via email, Instagram live, Facebook, or other meeting software such as Zoom. Last night we actually had our first virtual workout on Instagram live attended by member...s from both studios! While this is a stressful time, it is a proven fact that exercise is one of the best ways to help stress. Today’s workout is from our badass instructor, Laura, that was emailed to everyone this morning with a video detailing the exercises! We wanted to let everyone know that as of 5 PM tonight we will be closed until further notice to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The city has ordered the closure of all non essential business until at least March 27th. We are optimistic and hopeful to be back in action sooner rather than later. We will heed the guidance of healthcare officials and open back up as soon as it’s deemed advisable. We are so sorry to have to do this in a time when everyone’s routines are being d...isrupted. RowZone will be here and be ready to help those in our community return to sense of normalcy as soon as we’re able. In the meantime, please check in with us on Facebook and Instagram. We’re working to get some live virtual workouts up and running so we can stay connected! We would like to thank everyone for the kind words and support we received over this last week. The RowZone community is our family and we wish everyone the best amid all this uncertainty. Please stay safe and stay active, we can’t wait to see everyone back in when all this blows over!

We are open! I know in stressful times workouts can ease some of that pain! So until further notice we will be open for classes. We will comply with any directives from government and let you know if this changes!
